Francesca Senette

She graduated with honors in International Political Sciences at the Catholic University of Milan and worked for years as a television journalist (Mediaset, Rai, La7, Sky) always having at heart the dissemination of a sustainable and healthy lifestyle (proper nutrition, well-being , pursuit of happiness in little things and, since 2013, the discipline of yoga). In 2014 she authored a book on motherhood for Feltrinelli-Kowalski, in 2016 a yoga manual-game for children with DeAgostini, in 2019 she published “The little book of Yoga” Sonda editions. In 2015 she followed the “Master in coaching” and “Master for women” at the Accademia della Felicità with F. Zampone. Face of the LILT campaign for women’s health and always a friend of the Umberto Veronesi Foundation, she has been for over 15 years of WeWorld Onlus testimonial in support of projects for women and children around the world; godmother of the Yoga Festival in Valle d’Aosta, ambassador of Wanderlust, she has participated several times in the Milanese editions of the Yoga Festival. She collaborates with various newspapers journalism and communicates her concept of gratitude, awareness and happiness on Instagram. In 2018 she obtained the diploma of yoga teacher 200RYT (Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra) assiduously attending the Kriya Yoga Ashram school of Giovanni Formisano, and in The 500RYT master concludes in July 2019. She graduated in Communication Sciences in 2003 and moved to California in the same year where he began practicing Hatha Yoga, before dedicating himself to Bikram Yoga in New York. She returned to Milan in 2009 where she began what, together with motherhood, became her most significant journey: the practice and study of Hatha Yoga at the Kriya Ashram Yoga centre. She studied the philosophy of Paramahansa Yogananda and trained at the Kriya Yoga Ashram in Milan, obtaining the 200h Yoga Alliance RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) certification. She perfects her training with a 500-hour course to obtain the Yoga Alliance RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) certification in 2019. She teaches Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow and Vinyasa in Italian and English.

Benedetta Benvenuto

She graduated in Industrial Design and worked in Luxury Fast Fashion for 17 years. She is passionate about sports – she starts practicing artistic gymnastics and athletics as a child – art and travel, she finds in Yoga a new path in which to be guided by the heart. She discovers the Yoga world during a solo trip to Indonesia (where she attends the Consciousness Meditation course) and back in Italy she continues the journey thanks to a French teacher who is a follower of Van Lysebeth’s method. She studied the philosophy of Parmahansa Yogananda at the Kriya Yoga Ashram in Milan, obtaining the Yoga Alliance RYT 250 certification. She perfected his training with: – Krama Yoga certified sport Alliance, at Hohm Street Yoga, certified Sport Alliance RYT 80 – Shakti Way (yoga of the sacred feminine) – Pregnancy and post-natal yoga, at Ramayoga She builds her practices in deep connection with breath and emotions, trying to direct energy into the present moment.
